  • 2cans (15.5 ounces each) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1small garlic clove
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1tablespoon tomato paste
