  • 3tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • juice from one lemon
  • 2garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2boneless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thickness)
Grilled Herb Chicken


  • 1Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dried herbs and spices together in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • 2While chicken is marinating, preheat an indoor grill to High.
  • 3Once preheated, place chicken breasts on the lower half of the grill. Close and grill until cooked through and juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken.
