  • 1pound asparagus
  • 1teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4teaspoon sea or kosher salt
  • 1/4teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Roasted Asparagus


  • 1With the rack in the middle position, preheat a toaster oven to 425°F on either the convection bake or regular bake setting.
  • 2Wash and thoroughly dry asparagus and trim the rough ends. Place asparagus in a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
