  • 3cups rolled oats
  • 1/3cup pecans
  • 1/3cup hazelnuts
  • 2tablespoons flaxseed
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1/4teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/3cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2cup golden raisins
  • 1/2cup dried cranberries
Fruit and Nut Granola


  • 1Preheat a toaster oven to 300°F. Line baking pan with parchment paper or tin foil; reserve.
  • 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, flaxseed, vegetable oil, honey, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Toss to completely combine. Spread mixture on prepared baking pan. Place in preheated oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until browned and fragrant. Stir mixture every 15 minutes.
  • 3Remove granola from oven and add dried fruit; toss to combine. Cool on wire rack.
